Jessica joined the University of Iowa Athletic Training Staff working with Women's Soccer as an outreach athletic trainer through UI Sports Medicine in February 2024.
She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2019. Her graduate assistantship at the University of Southern Mississippi followed, where she provided athletic training services for the softball, and football teams. After graduating with her Master of Science in Sports Management in 2021, she then accepted a position as a full-time athletic trainer with the University of Southern Miss, where she worked with the volleyball, and Soccer teams.

She is a licensed athletic trainer by the Iowa Board of Athletic Training and a NATA BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. She holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, CPR/AED, First Aid, OSHA, as a Corrective Exercise specialist, and ACE Massage Cupping Bodywork Therapy.
