Dr. Kruse is from Rockford, Illinois. He went to Washington University in St. Louis where was a member of the varsity men’s soccer team. He attended medical school at St. George’s University, followed by an intern year at the University of Louisville. Kruse spent the past three years doing physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
